Micro Protocol provides a decentralized micro-lending platform that enables:

• AI-powered credit assessment and loan approval
• Instant stablecoin micro-loans without traditional credit checks
• Liquidity provision and yield earning opportunities
• Reputation-based lending through social connections
• On-chain loan management and repayment
• Smart contract-based governance and treasury management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and wallet private keys
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Accurate representation of your identity and financial information
• Timely repayment of loans according to agreed terms
• Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency and DeFi
• Verifying transaction details before confirming on-chain transactions

IMPORTANT: Using our platform involves significant risks, including:

• Smart Contract Risk: Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
• Market Risk: Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile
• Regulatory Risk: Laws and regulations may change and affect our services
• Technology Risk: Blockchain networks may experience downtime or congestion
• Liquidity Risk: You may not be able to withdraw funds immediately
• Loss of Funds: You may lose all or part of your funds
• No Insurance: Funds are not insured by any government agency

Our fee structure includes:

• Platform Fee: 1.5% fee on loan disbursement
• Interest: Variable APR based on credit assessment
• Gas Fees: Blockchain transaction fees (paid to network, not to us)
• Late Fees: May apply for overdue payments

All fees are clearly disclosed before you commit to a transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate credit scores or reputation data
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our platform or smart contracts
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our system
• Use automated systems to interact with our platform without authorization
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Transfer your account to another party without our consent

All content, features, and functionality of our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Micro Protocol or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our platform without our express written permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We provide our services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for losses due to smart contract bugs, hacks, or network issues
• We are not responsible for losses due to user error, including sending funds to wrong addresses

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Micro Protocol, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or regulation
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to repay loans
• Regulatory or legal requirements
• Security concerns

You may terminate your account at any time, subject to repayment of all outstanding loans.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
